During the second week of October, our teams from all offices came to Blum headquarters in Winston-Salem for Blum University. Everyone had the opportunity to participate in a wellness fair and hear updates on some exciting new things that Blum has to offer employees.
To support our Western NC teammates, we dispersed into groups and went shopping for gifts and essentials to give to each employee and their family units. 40+ bins filled with fun items and supplies were collected and delivered to our Western folks!

IMPLEMENTING THE FRANK FACTOR
Concrete Pour at the Guilford County Sheriff's Admin Building
We are proud to recognize the Guilford County Sheriff’s Admin Building project team for embracing the “Sweat the Details” Frank Factor with their exceptional work on creating and successfully implementing the project site logistics plan for the recent concrete pour. Claude Sales’ thorough research and careful coordination with the County, Sheriff’s Office, adjacent jail, federal courthouse, and City of Greensboro Transportation were pivotal in ensuring every detail was addressed and the team was set up for success. The team’s ability to connect all the moving parts in such a complex project reflects their deep understanding of how critical problem-solving and precision are to the project’s end-result.
