Staff Report: Facilities Master Plan

The Board received information regarding the district's Facilities Master Plan which included 2023/24 completed projects, 2024/25 planned projects, and recommendations for next steps. The presentation can be viewed here.

Consent Agenda

The Board approved a number of routine consent items, including gifts and grants to the district, Human Resources transactions, and agreement renewals. Details regarding these items can be found in the Board meeting agenda.  

Master Contracts for Specialized Student Services

Master contracts with the following agencies were approved to provide specialized services to students during the 2024/25 school year: Port View Preparatory, Inc.; ECE 4 Autism; Small Talk OC; and EverDriven Technologies, LLC. Individual service agreements for students receiving services will be presented separately for Board approval.

Dietetic Internship

The Board approved a contract with the University of New England to provide supervised experience for Applied Nutrition program students during the period August 8, 2024, through August 8, 2027, at no cost to the district.

Williams Legislation Uniform Complaints

The Board received a report indicating the district received no complaints regarding deficiencies related to instructional materials, emergency or urgent facilities conditions that pose a threat to the health and safety of pupils or staff, or teacher vacancy or misassignment during the fourth quarter of the 2023/24 school year.
