November 10, 2021
Dear Residents,

I hope this finds you well, and enjoying the fall foliage!

At yesterday's meeting, I presented Board Matters to recognize Commission for Women's 50th Anniversary, along with Supervisors Gross and Smith, and Holmes Run Acres' 70th Anniversary. We also held a public hearing to consider 64 alternative plans prepared by the 2021 Redistricting Advisory Committee and members of the public. The record will remain open through December 7 when the Board intends to adopt a redistricting ordinance. For additional information, please go here.

Our community blood supply in Northern Virginia is critically low. Without an increase in donors, the ongoing challenge of an insufficient blood supply will impact the treatment and care for patients and community members. Please consider giving blood at an upcoming Inova blood drive – when you donate blood, you save lives.

I also wanted to share that Inova is hosting child-friendly COVID-19 vaccine clinics for children ages 5-11. Below you will see details on how to make an appointment.
