Congratulations to Richard J. Kaiser for being selected as the 2022 Wright State University Alumnus of the Year Award recipient by the Wright State Alumni Association. Richard serves the Miami Valley Council as the Vice President of Marketing. 

Congratulations to Larry Hodapp for being selected by the Kettering Dor-Wood Optimist as the 2022 "Friend of Youth" Citizen of the Year. The presentation of the award will take place on September 29 (social @ 6P, dinner @ 7P) at the Presidential Banquet Center at 4548 Presidential Drive, Kettering. Larry has served the Miami Valley Council in a variety of capacities as a member of our executive board and as the most recent past president. Larry is also Chartered Organization Representative to Troops 236 & 5237, Pack 236, & Crew 236 in Kettering. 

Congratulations to Heather Corbin on being selected as a recipient of the 2021 Silver Beaver Award. Heather will be presented with her recognition at an upcoming meeting of the executive board. 

Heather serves the Miami Valley Council as the Vice President of Revenue Development. 

Congratulations to Will Althoff on being selected as a 2021 National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award Recipient. With Will's recent promotion to the Pentagon, he will be receiving his recognition via mail. 

Will serves the Miami Valley Council as a member of the executive board and was the recent past Vice President of Program. 

Congratulations to Dr. Kirk Perkins on being selected as a 2021 National Outstanding Eagle Scout Award Recipient. Kirk received his recognition at the Council Volunteer Recognition Luncheon earlier this month. 

Kirk serves the Miami Valley Council as a member of the executive board and Scoutmaster of Troop 268 in Huber Heights.
