Trustee Candidates to Interview

Boise, ID -- 08/18/2023 -- During a Board Workshop held on Friday, August 18, 2023, the Boise School Board reviewed trustee candidate applications received to fill a vacancy on the Board and selected finalists to interview.



• The Board identified the following trustee candidate finalists to interview:
• Paul Bennion
• Kenneth Howell
• Darla Mitchell
• Jennifer Pierce

• On Tuesday, August 29, 2023 the Board will hold a Special Board Meeting at 4:00 p.m. to interview the finalists and select a new trustee in the Board Room at the District Services Center, 8169 W. Victory Road.

• On Monday, September 11, 2023, the new trustee will be officially sworn in at the Regular Board Meeting held at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the District Services Center, 8169 W. Victory Rd.

• Board will follow Regulation 1131(R) - Filling Vacancies on the Board of Trustees
