In Table 2, number of brokerages includes individual offices with listings.
Table 3 shows that there are, for instance, a total of 3 brokerages with listings located in at least 6 of the county towns, whereby there are a total of 46 brokerages with listings in less than 2 of the county towns.
Tables 4, 5, and 6 present data on closings during the period of January-June comparing 2018 to 2019.
In Table 5, variance is the % difference between the current listing price and the close price.
