County Planning Staff’s PW Digital Gateway Chapter of the adopted Comprehensive Plan does not allow data centers within 1 mile of schools or directly adjacent to neighborhoods. Public zoning review and comment is required prior to approval.

Prince William needs the commercial tax revenue that data centers provide.

The only questions are:  

•  Where should they be located?
• Should public review and comment be required?

Who will be bothered by Data Centers in PW Digital Gateway?

• No one lives in Conway Robinson State Forest.
• No one goes to school in Conway Robinson State Forest.
• No one lives in the Manassas National Battlefield Park.
• No one goes to school in the Manassas National Battlefield Park.
• No one is allowed in Conway Robinson State Forest or MNBP before dawn and after dusk.
