St. Patricia Parish will be participating in a parish survey about discipleship conducted by the Catholic Leadership Institute! We need your help!

Please help us by participating in a 10-15 minute survey online. The survey is available from February 22nd Ash Wednesday - March 31st and will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on our parish’s efforts to help you grow. All responses will be confidential and the parish will only receive information about the community as a whole. The survey will be available on our website: https://stpatriciaparish.com/parish-survey/

We are trying to get the highest response rate possible. This information will be invaluable to Fr. Meany, parish leadership, and our various ministries as we plan for the future and strive to be the best disciples we can be.

We will receive the results this spring/summer at which time we will share what we have learned with the entire parish.

Our Faith in Action

We began our Lenten journey yesterday with Jr. High leading our all-school Ash Wednesday Mass. Fr. Chris challenged us to make this Lent our best ever by attending Mass each Sunday and praying with our families daily.

Important Information

If you have not done so, please return your re-registration sheet and $100 commitment fee for next school year to the school office to secure your enrollment. You may also complete the information and make payment via credit card online at our website. New this year, we will be offering a $500 Tuition Credit Raffle towards 2023-24 tuition to all returning families who complete enrollment by February 28th!

Drama News

Annie Cast Practices for the next two weeks (all in Parish Center):

Tuesday, February 28th and March 7th, 3:00-5:00, Cast Sweet! – Full Cast
Wednesday, March 1st – No Practice due to Costume Fittings
Wednesday, March 8th, 3:00-4:30, Roles – Dance Practice – NYC – both Casts
Thursday, March 2nd and March 9th, 3:00-5:00, Cast Awesome – Full Cast

Kids Cast (Grades K-3)

Practices for the next 2 weeks – in school until 4:30 - Monday, February 27th and Monday, March 6th

Costume Fittings (for Annie Cast only – not Kids Cast) will be held Wednesday, March 1st, from 6 pm – 9 pm in the foyer of the Parish Center (i.e. NOT in the school hall). A schedule will be sent to the families.

Ticket Sales start Wednesday, March 8th. More information to come next week.

Annual Drama Club Fundraiser

Drama Club Basket Raffle and Split the Pot will be held the weekend of February 25th – 26th. There is over 20 baskets - including 3 Super Raffle items! Thank you to everyone who has donated to support our show!

An order form to pre-order Split the Pot and Raffle Tickets is available below.

Basket raffle tickets can be purchased through the school until Friday. Descriptions of the baskets are on the Order Form. Winners will be drawn after the last mass on Sunday. Good luck! Thank you as always for supporting your children and the annual Spring Play!

St. Patricia's Teen Ministry is in the process of forming a Youth Leadership Council to support the planning and leading of the group as we move forward. We aim to create a space to come together and explore the many ways we live our faith as young people... while having fun, making friends, and building confidence to be our authentic Catholic selves each new day. Teen Ministry is open to young people in grades 7-12.

As a reminder, Virtus training is mandatory for all wishing to volunteer at St. Patricia School. This program is required by the Archdiocese of Chicago. If you have any questions, please direct them to the school office. Thank you for your support!
