• Wells Fargo has opted to lease more office space in the 1675 Midtown building at 1675 N. Military Trail, as reported by BizJournals.com. The expansion means Wells Fargo has enough space to add 60 employees. The expansion would bring the banks workforce to 140 employees at this location.

• Purchased at auction for $450,000, arts & crafts retailer Michael's will be moving into the old Bed Bath & Beyond building located at 1400C, Glades Road, as reported by South Florida Business Journal.

• Grover Corlew's downtown property at 120 E. Palmetto Park Road continues to attract new tenants, as detailed at ConnectCre.



• ConnectCre reports, CBRE arranged nine new office leases totaling more than 32,757 sq. ft.

Palm Beach County’s unemployment rate, as reported on

September 15, 2023, is at 3.3 percent.

PBC's rate remains below the 3.9 percent national rage - the county's rate has remained below the nations for three years.



The total nonagricultural employment in the county is 675,100, adding 7100 jobs over the year. For more than two years, there have been more job openings than unemployed in PBC.
