Boca Raton's 2022 commercial office market had significant lease deals totaling 473,697 sq. ft. The city taking the number two spot, leased ~110,000 sq. ft.

Q4/2022, 4 of the 5 significant lease deals in Palm Beach County took place in Boca Raton.

Thanks to the efforts of Career Source of Palm Beach County
Palm Beach County’s unemployment rate, as reported on
March 13, 2023, remains at 2.6 percent.

PBC's rate has remained below the nation's for more than two years and stayed at or below 3.0 percent for a full year.

For more than a year, there are more job openings than unemployed people in Palm Beach County. There are 30,398 job opening vs. 19,677 unemployed people in January.
