To qualify leads must be submitted between July 1, 2023 through September 30, 2023. Bonus offering is per set of 3 qualifying leads. Leads must fully intend to purchase and operate a franchise, but do not have to purchase and operate a franchise to qualify for this promotion. The lead must satisfy (in the sole and absolute discretion of the applicable franchisor) the applicable franchisor’s requirements of franchisees which includes, but is not limited to, sufficient minimum net worth, financial credit, business aptitude, experience, and willingness and ability to develop and operate a franchise in an available territory. As a further requirement, leads must also complete the standard introduction call with an Xponential Fitness, LLC (“Xponential”) affiliated Director of Franchise Development to the applicable franchisor’s satisfaction. Leads who are submitted but do not complete the introduction call will not qualify as a lead, nor will leads who are already in an existing pipeline or who are current franchisees of an Xponential affiliate. All of Xponential’s portfolio of affiliate brands (collectively, the “XPO Brands”) qualify: including Club Pilates®️, CycleBar®️, StretchLab®️, Row House®️, AKT®️, Yoga Six®️, Pure Barre®️, Stride®️, Rumble and BFT.
