Don't drink or smoke? You're not alone. Join a community of like-minded people at this virtual event, where you will hear from a panel of students about their experiences living substance-free at Brandeis, and chat about building a vibrant and meaningful social life on or off campus.

Body Positive Brandeis Fall Groups
Body Positive Brandeis groups utilize the power of peer support to empower and engage participants in thoughtful, meaningful dialogue about their bodies and well-being. These groups meet via Zoom for eight sessions to discuss reclaiming health, intuitive self-care, cultivating self-love, and more! Body Positive Brandeis honors the diversity of our community and is open to students of all genders and identities.

Stress Management
Starting a new school year is often accompanied by stress, whether that be stress related to academics, extracurriculars, sports, or living away from home. Stress is normal, and the right amount of stress can even be helpful in certain situations. However, experiencing high levels of stress for an extended period of time can be detrimental to our health and wellness.

Staying Connected, Remotely
The school year has officially started, but not everyone is back on campus. Many students this year have chosen to live and learn off-campus for the Fall semester. While some of us may be physically distanced from the Brandeis campus, we can still remain connected with the Brandeis community. HAWP Intern Sakinah Master '21, who will be studying remotely this semester, writes about the challenges of not being on campus and tips she has for staying connected.

Stress Less Saturday
Every Saturday, the HAWP Instagram (@brandeiswellness) features a member of the Brandeis community and shares what they like to do in order to de-stress. We are looking for more Brandeis community members to feature!
