After considering input from parents, students, staff, medical experts and new guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control for safely returning to in-person learning, the Board approved the following:

By implementing a phased approach to returning to full-time in-person learning, the District will be able to monitor and adjust school operations, if needed.  The District will continue to follow safety protocols (i.e., strict quarantining for significant exposures and illness for substantial community transmission, masking, physical distancing to the extent possible and environmental cleanliness) and consult regularly with Central District Health and our medical partners about COVID-19 and potential impacts to the District’s school operations.
*This phased return to five-days-a-week in-person learning does not affect Boise Online School students who will continue with online learning.
