Green gives $5 million to Colorado Boulder theater program
Philanthropist Roe Green is giving a record-breaking $5 million to support students at her alma mater, University of Colorado Boulder, as they seek careers in the performing arts and to give the campus theater building an overhaul and new name.
The Ohio chapter of the American Planning Association, gave its Best Small Jurisdiction Plan award to the Cuyahoga County Planning Commission for the Solon Connects Active Transportation Plan, according to a news release.
Jewish Family & Community Services and Jewish Community Center of Youngstown recently received a $7,500 grant for their mobile meals program from Community Foundation of Western PA & Eastern Ohio.
