Dear Mikey and MRFF,

I am a proud VA employee of many years with a strong belief in our mission to serve all veterans. I am also educated enough to know that it is contrary to VA policy and the constitution for any religion to be promoted on VA property. Therefore when I saw a plexiglass brochure display in one of our waiting areas today housing the attached brochure for a Christian organization I had no compunction about tossing all 30 of the brochures in the trash. 

Thought you would be interested. Thanks for all you do to support the VA's mission.

The bravery and intrepidity examples here by this valiant VA civilian employee is exactly the template that we need to show the requite resistance necessary to fight against the scourge, evil & poison of MAGA. I get calls every day and night asking me “Mikey what can we do to fight back“… Well, here is a damn good example!… One VA civilian employee disposed of a bunch of unconstitutional Christian supremacist brochures at her VA facility… Let her act of singular boldness & valor serve as a shining lodestar for what you now need to do.

May this bold MRFF supporter’s action ignite the spark for all of our MRFF volunteers and supporters to take an active role in MRFF's movement of resistance against Christian Nationalism in our U.S. military, the VA, the 18 National Security Agencies, the Coast Guard (Department of Homeland Security) and the U.S. Maritime Service (Department of Transportation).

As those who follow MRFF know, I am available "literally 25/8." Please call or email me if you personally witness evidence of Christian Nationalist tactics that can directly or indirectly affect our U.S. military or the other federal agencies we represent, as denoted above.

This week is the 106^th birthday of a great veterans organization The American Legion. Your little organization has less then a hundred thousand clients, the American Legion has 1.6 MILLION members worldwide. The Legion has done many great things for our veterans and communities from sponsoring Boy Scouts and Boys State to youth baseball. They helped found the Department of Veterans Affairs and drafted a flag code. They contributed huge sums to the Vietnam and World War II memorials. In addition the Legion offers free advice to VA claims and a support group for service families.

Instead of bragging about getting a Bible verse taken off a facebook page and posting those “fan” letters why don’t you post something honoring a truly fine organization that cares about veterans and has done so much to help them.
