Spring Musical - April 11 - 13

Kenston Center Stage

Based on the Victor Hugo novel and songs from the Disney animated feature, The Hunchback of Notre Dame showcases the film’s Academy Award-nominated score, as well as new songs by Menken and Schwartz. The musical begins as the bells of Notre Dame sound through the famed cathedral in fifteenth-century Paris. Quasimodo, the bell-ringer, observes all of Paris reveling in the Feast of Fools. Held captive by devious archdeacon Dom Claude Frollo, he escapes for the day and joins the boisterous crowd of gypsies and townspeople, only to be spotted and treated with the cruelty his master has warned him to expect from the world. That is until he meets the beautiful and free-spirited Gypsy Esmeralda. Quasimodo isn’t the only one captivated by Esmeralda though – the handsome Captain Phoebus and Frollo are equally enthralled. As the three vie for her attention, Frollo embarks on a mission to destroy the Gypsies – even if he must burn all of Paris to do it.

The Interact Club is back at KHS! Interact allows committed students to make a positive impact through service and collaboration. Whether you're passionate about community development, humanitarian efforts, or simply eager to give back; the Interact club will provide a platform for you to contribute meaningful service while connecting with like-minded peers.
