B&D hits the (conference) road in April

April was a big month for B&D as we connected with clients, colleagues, and industry leaders at two key events.

  • At CASBOCon 2025 in San Jose, we talked school facilities planning, bond strategy, and long-term capital investment with visitors to our booth. We also raffled off a JBL Bluetooth speaker—congrats to winner Brenda Hermosillo of Merced Union High School District!

  • Meanwhile, at the Student & Workforce Housing Conference in San Diego, B&D leaders Jeff Turner and Al Grazioli took the stage as panelists, sharing insights from our national portfolio of housing advisory work for colleges, universities, and K-12 school districts.
