Construction News & Updates

April 2025 | Issue 11

April reveals a refined new look as the building nears completion. The exterior has been stuccoed and painted, and signature art panels are now installed across the front. Landscaping is also taking shape, as Sabal palms and dune vegetation were planted around the property. Inside, impact-rated doors are in place, and wiring is complete for sound, video, and the fire prevention system. Ceiling framing and plumbing have advanced, and the metal roof installation is underway. Roll-down screens and hurricane shutters will soon be installed. The timber trusses will be stained and installed soon, and waterproof cabinets have arrived in preparation for the final interior finishes.
