Community Development is suspending all building inspections on the interior of occupied buildings for 30 days. Consistent with the President’s and the Governor’s directions to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, Community Development offices will be closed to the public until further notice in order to protect our staff while still providing the best level of service possible to our constituents. City operations are continuing via phone and email.

A mail box has been placed outside Suite 105 for submitting permit applications or other submittals. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.

Staff will contact you after your plans have been reviewed to advise you of any permit fees, which will be collected when the permit is issued:
