Unwind from the week and ease into your weekend with 90 minutes of mindful movement, deep relaxation, and soothing sound bath.

This Friday evening class is designed to release tension, reset the nervous system, and cultivate balance. We’ll begin with a gentle yet intentional flow, moving through grounding postures and slow, fluid sequences to release the stresses of the week.

The experience culminates in restorative postures and extended savasana, accompanied by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing sounds. This sound meditation will calm the mind, restore energy, and leave you feeling centered and renewed—ready to step into the weekend with ease.

✨ Perfect for all levels. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter

Spiritual Intelligence in Seven Steps explores the very foundation of who we are and the nature of our consciousness. It serves as a much-needed antidote to our reductionist culture, to the unchecked rise of artificial intelligence, and to the neglect of emotional depth.

If we are to live in peace and harmony—and counter the rising tide of mental illness in our culture—we must rediscover the importance of spiritual life and emotional intelligence. Vernon’s book is both a timely reminder and a guide to that rediscovery.

I first discovered Mark Vernon while studying The Divine Comedy. His podcast on the psychological and spiritual dimensions of the poem immediately drew me in—it felt like listening to a collaboration between my mindfulness lectures and Dante. Inspired by his wisdom, I spent this summer reading all of his books.

One that stood out in particular was Spiritual Intelligence in Seven Steps. The book struck me as both insightful and practical, and I knew right away that it would be the perfect choice for our next book club.

What makes Vernon’s writing so accessible is that he never assumes religious commitments from his readers. Instead, he draws on a wide range of sources and experiences. His background is equally rich—he is an author, psychotherapist, and contributor to BBC Radio, and he previously served as an Anglican priest.

Remarkably, Vernon manages to distill such breadth of wisdom into just 213 pages. So I know we can all read this book! :-)

This workshop is FREE, but you must preregister!
