Each class will focus on stretching and strengthening the musculature of a different area of the body. The goal of this class is to safely and effectively increase mobility and range of motion while maintaining stability in the body.

This class involves a slow and repetitious practice that incorporates breath to develop greater body-awareness and mindfulness.


Level Up Yoga - Tuesdays at 5pm in April (pre-registration required!)

The goal of this class is to advance your practice and minimize any risk of injury through thoughtful and strategic sequencing. Charlene will incorporate mindful breathing and the use of props (straps, blocks, bolsters, blankets) to support proper alignment and body awareness.
Bristol Yoga Studio is pleased to announce our book club facilitated Kate Hawley & Mary Guerenabarrena. 
 
The free club will meet twice monthly beginning Friday, April 12th at 6:30 pm.  Future dates are 4/26, 5/10, 5/24, 6/7, & 6/21.   
 
Come for one session or all six!  These promise to be lively and thought provoking evenings; taking the teachings from the mat to a deeper level.  The first reading Vedantic Meditation Lighting the Flame of Awareness by Dr. David Frawley  
 

This guides readers through the challenges of cultivating awareness, calming the mind, and practicing meditation according to Vedanta, one of the world's most ancient spiritual philosophies.
