Things to know before you attend Book Pick-Up
  • It is extremely important students and parents attend Book Pick-Up this year.
  • If you are unable to attend your scheduled pick-up time, please contact Joey Rickards.
  • Student fees and initial tuition must be paid prior to the student receiving their ID and textbooks.
  • Social distancing and masks are mandatory. If possible, please do not bring younger siblings.
  • The annual forms for all parents to complete for students to return to school are available in Magnus. These forms need to be completed by Aug. 24.
Entrance Protocols: Parents should complete the COVID-19 Assessment on the Magnus app prior to their student attending Book Pick-Up. The Magnus app will indicate if your student is cleared to enter the building. Parents who accompany their children to Book Pick-Up will be required to follow entrance protocols upon arrival. (i.e. answering COVID-19 questions). Staff will be available to assist upon your arrival at the school atrium if you are having difficulty. This will be a required daily assessment for your student to access the building starting on Aug. 31.
Parking Permits: All juniors and seniors who applied for a 2020-21 parking pass will receive one. The cost is $40. We will be using Parking Permit Plan #1 to begin the school year.
Workbooks: Class workbooks (costs vary), lab ledgers ($5), NEW Googles (required for science classes except Physics $7), Bibles ($35) and locks ($6-8).
Art Kits: If your student is taking Art I, Painting or IB Visual Art during the fall semester, they will be receiving an art kit with all of the supplies needed for the course during Book Pick-Up. This will be necessary in order to limit the number of surfaces we will be sharing and ensure students have all required supplies if classes are held virtually. The art kit cost will be covered by the regular student art fees.
  • Art I and Painting - $35
  • IB Visual Art - $50
Students must pay their art fee and pick up their art kit during their designated Book Pick-Up time. Any questions or concerns can be directed to Melanie Bradshaw.
Band Fees: If your student participates in band there is a $100 band fee.
Yearbook: If you ordered a 2019-20 yearbook, it will be available for pick up. You can also pre-order a 2020-21 yearbook.
Student Photos and ID: Order forms will be available. Checks should be made out to "Ambrosius."
Photo Guidelines
  • Students must be in a shirt with a collar (no tank tops, sweatshirts or t-shirts)
  • Boys must be clean shaven. (Razors will be available)
  • Hairstyles must be kept neat and clean and natural in color. Extreme hairstyles are not permitted. Boys' hair cannot touch the collar.
Konop Lunch Cards: Make a payment on your student's lunch account. Checks should be made out to "Konop."
Busing: Passes will be handed out to those students who applied for busing.
Magnus: Magnus forms must be completed and parents must have their Magnus login information prior to Book Pick-Up. If you need assistance, please contact Joey Rickards by email or calling (920) 429-6104.
