Join us in celebrating long time friends of Chef Sarah and Chef George, Bill Kurtis and Michael Gebert, and their new books, Whirlwind: My Life Reporting the News and The Chicago Way: An Oral History of Chicago Dining.

This book signing will feature light snacks and seasonal family-style tasting portions thoughtfully created by Chefs Sarah and George, a few words from Chef Sarah, a short interview between Michael and Rebecca Fyffe. Finally, Bill Kurtis is excited to talk to us about his book and his life.

We are honored to host this event and hope you are just as excited to be there as we are.

Reservations are required so we can ensure there is enough delicious food to go around. The event with food & iced tea is $35 (excluding tax and gratuity). Other beverages will also be available for purchase during the event.

Bill and Michael will have copies of their books available for purchase (optional) and would love to sign them for you!
