This switch is an automated process, and changed cannot be made after the fact. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL ORDERS ARE SUBMITTED BEFORE THEIR RESPECTIVE DEADLINES.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

1. These Host Reward specials apply for party totals of $300 or more. Regular Host Rewards apply for party totals of $200-$299.
2. Double Host Rewards will go live at 12:00pm PT (3:00am ET) on Monday, January 1, 2024, and end at 11:59pm PT on Monday, January 15, 2024 (2:59am ET on Tuesday, January 16). This process is automated within PPS and cannot be adjusted. 
3. Quadruple Half Price Host Rewards will go live at 12:00pm PT (3:00am ET) on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, and end at 11:59pm PT on Wednesday, January 31, 2024 (2:59am ET on Thursday, February 1). This process is automated within PPS and cannot be adjusted. 
4. Host Reward Specials only apply to parties with orders opened and submitted between the start & end dates listed above.
5. Parties left open after December 31, 2023, will automatically switch to Double Host Rewards. If your party was opened before January 1^st, please submit your Host Order based on the REGULAR HOST REWARDS, as it is ineligible to receive Double Free Books.
6. Double Host parties left open after the January 15^th deadline will automatically switch to 4X Half Price Host Rewards. Please submit your Host Order based on the REGULAR HOST REWARDS, as it is ineligible to receive 4X Half Price credits.
7. All parties left open after the January 31^st deadline will automatically revert back to REGULAR HOST REWARDS. This is all an automatic process within PPS and changes cannot be made after the fact.
8. Parties which do not qualify (ie: were opened with Direct Ship orders before the promo start times) will be put on hold. Confirmation emails will show that orders are marked as 'Do Not Ship', but eligible orders will be pushed through following review and commissions/sales volume will be registered at that time.
9. All Host Rewards are based on the retail value of the party, excluding Customer Specials, discounted items, Host Rewards, taxes and shipping.
