Have you ever beaten yourself up for procrastinating?

Being a procrastinator leaves room for thinking things through and time to assess without making impulsive decisions about what could  be very important choices.

As a Professional Art Therapist at The Art in Therapy things are no different.
Actually, the role as a mental health professional is one that Kim Traina-Nolan holds to a very high standard. She takes great care in learning all the clinical nuances of a person before understanding what works best for the individual in session, and her clients appreciate this.

What is Young Adult Group Art Therapy?

In this state of constant change, motion and demand there is also a need for centering, regrouping and learning ways to connect meaningfully with others.

The Art in Therapy  recognizes a person's human need for meaningful social connectedness through shared group experience so we've created a way to offer the Group Art Therapy experience in a warm and inviting environment.

*Young Adult Group
(ages 19-20's, for both men and women)
This group concentrates on:
-Forming and maintaining meaningful social connections
-Developing the tools to successfully launch
into adulthood.

When: (Fridays) 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, and 2/9
Time: 7:30-8:30 pm
Where: The Art in Therapy

If you are a procrastinator like me and have been curious and gathering information about whether or not Young Adult Group Therapy is a good fit for you, you are invited and find out the details in order to make your best decision.

The Art in Therapy promises to always offer a judgment free zone on procrastination.

foundation for your West Coast Swing dancing.
This foundation is necessary to achieve your social or

      your dance level is.

Level-2 West Coast Swing.
This class will further develop lead/follow skills and footwork
skills to make syncopations and patters more successful when
you dance. We will explain HOW to lead and follow, HOW to
connect better with your partner and HOW to dance different
rhythms with your feet. Arm and body styling will be
developed in this class as well.

Level-3 West Coast Swing.
This class uses the skills learned in the Level-1 and
Level-2 classes to develop more complicated patterns and
more complicated syncopations. Musicality will be developed
to allow dancers to "open up" their dancing to be more expressive.

Thursday night Social dance classes.
