rom 5-9PM on each First Friday evenings.
The Boonton Trolley will shuttle patrons from the High School Parking Lot (301 Washington Street), Kiwanis parking lot (150 Lathrop Avenue), and the Municipal lot (100 Washington Street) up to the Plane Street Parking lot (where the Farmers' Market is held) for pick up and drop off, then on to the Senior Center (126 North Main Street) for its evening loop. Let us bring you to the Main Street for a great night out!

A Place For the Community At the Post Office Is In The Works!
Boonton Main Street's Information Kiosk has been inaccessible to the public since the area it is located in has been closed off indefinitely for safety reasons. Since then, BMS has been looking to relocate the Information Kiosk to an accessible and predominate location along Main Street, and the large open space in front of the Boonton Post Office seems to be the perfect location. This new location would allow visitors to be informed of events and business promotions in our downtown area, and then by adding historically-insipred seating and planters we could also transform this unused area into a community gathering and "information plaza" for Post Office customers, residents and downtown visitors alike.
UPDATE
We have been working with the Eagle Scouts to move the kiosk from the Boardwalk to the Boonton Post Office property. Our Eagle Scout, Hunter, will be coordinating with the BMS Design team the move of the kiosk, the re-furbishing of the kiosk, and the installation of the kiosk and bench(es).

One example is the facade project that was completed at the bottom of Main Street (shown here) and was part of the volunteer led and building/business owner funded "Facade Program", one of the many programs that can continue with your support of the organization. DESIGN TEAM
- Design team is getting ready for the Spring Clean Up with The Town of Boonton, and the Recreation Department on April 22nd. Come out on Saturday the 22nd at the top of the Plane Street parking lot at 8:45AM to participate.
- North Central Jersey Association of Realtors® (NCJAR) has received a $1,300.00 Placemaking micro-grant from the National Association of Realtors® to help make historic downtown Boonton a better place to live and work by transforming the area in front of the Post Office into a pedestrian plaza. BMS is in the process of purchasing benches that will create a great place to stop and enjoy downtown Boonton. BMS has engaged an Eagle Scout to project manage this initiative. We are excited to be working with Hunter and the Eagle Scouts.
- There will be an ongoing fundraiser at the Farmers' Market to raise funds to decorate all the remaining wreaths on Main Street.
- Boonton Main Street has been, and will continue to put out cigarette urns at key points on Main Street for cigarette disposal.
- May 21st the Design team will be rolling out the flower urns here on Main Street.
