A recent review of more than 100 different scientific studies demonstrates that t he anti-inflammatory and anti-stress effects of yoga may be effective for adjunctive prevention & treatment of COVID-19.

The review, published in   The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine , also connects longer yoga practices (length of session + how often) with greater benefits to your immune system.

Think about all of the other precautions you are taking staying home, wearing your mask, washing your hands and consider adding a regular yoga practice to the list ( if you haven't already! ).
