Charles leads Xtraspots, a financial technology company specializing in payment processing and business technology solutions. His career spans leadership roles with Salesforce, Citi, and Rewards Network. He earned a Bachelor of Science from Charter Oak State College, graduating with Alpha Sigma Lambda honors, and later earned his MBA with High Honors from Boston University's Questrom School of Business.

He was also recognized as a Poets&Quants Best & Brightest MBA Graduate for the Class of 2026 and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Applied Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania.
