Hello parents! Signups are ready for all chaperone and concessions shifts. Please sign up for as much as you like. All signups can be found on the band website here. We are asking every parent to please consider signing up for some kind of volunteer shift. It takes a lot of hands to get the work done and to make the money needed for our band to be successful. We truly appreciate you!! THANK YOU!


We are still working on signups for Friday Night Dinners. We are attempting to get some food donated. Please be patient. Those signups will come out within the next couple of weeks.

Giveback Night at Petros!

Mark your calendar for August 30 and eat at Petros in Farragut. They will give back 30% to the band! You must show this flyer in print or digital form.

The band calendar can always be found on the website. It is a good idea to always check the calendar for updates. We encourage students and parents to link the calendar to their personal calendar. Find it here

Social Media

We have lots of ways to trade information. Our favorite is our private Facebook group. Please join! Our parents LOVE to share photos and videos of our students! You won't want to miss cute pics of your band kid!


We also have a Facebook page used for advertising concerts and the good work our students are doing. Like the page!

NEW PARENTS!!!!!

Welcome to our band family!! We are so glad you are here! We know we have given you a ton of information and you are overwhelmed! We have all been there! The best way to stay up with all the stuff being thrown your way is to step up and volunteer! You will learn so fast that way, and to be honest, WE NEED YOU! It takes everyone's help to keep this band running smoothly. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to a director or board member and ask questions. We are here to help you!
