Hello parents! We still have a lot of volunteer spots open for this Friday night in concessions and for the Friday night dinner.

Concessions is very important to the success of our program and is an area that can't be successful without our volunteers! It takes a lot of hands to work concessions. It's actually fun once you get the hang of it! Currently we only have 8 people signed up. We need a minimum of 24 people every home game to run concessions.

The Friday night dinner is how we feed our students so they have the energy to perform at their best. This is their only chance to eat before 3rd quarter.

Giveback Night at Petros!

Mark your calendar for August 30 and eat at Petros in Farragut. They will give back 30% to the band! You must show this flyer in print or digital form.

The band calendar can always be found on the website. It is a good idea to always check the calendar for updates. We encourage students and parents to link the calendar to their personal calendar. Find it here.

We have lots of ways to trade information. Our favorite is our private Facebook group. Please join! Our parents LOVE to share photos and videos of our students! You won't want to miss cute pics of your band kid!

We also have a Facebook page used for advertising concerts and the good work our students are doing. Like the page!

Welcome to our band family!! We are so glad you are here! We know we have given you a ton of information and you are overwhelmed! We have all been there! The best way to stay up with all the stuff being thrown your way is to step up and volunteer! You will learn so fast that way, and to be honest, WE NEED YOU! It takes everyone's help to keep this band running smoothly. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to a director or board member and ask questions. We are here to help you!
