How can my company secure a trade show booth early, before sales open up to all vendors?

Become a sponsor—it's a win-win. Your company will be showcased at the event, you can choose your booth now and you'll increase your total spend for 2023, which will help towards gaining an earlier booth/sponsorship opportunity in 2024. Sponsorships are limited, so act now.

Follow these three easy steps to get started:

1. View all remaining available sponsorships here. Please note: Sponsorships that are no longer available have been moved down to the "Sold Sponsorships" section at the bottom of each page. Have an idea for a sponsorship that's not listed online? Let's talk!
2. Take a look at the current trade show floorplan here.
3. Contact TSSA Director of Membership & Business Development Holly Barr with your sponsorship selection and you'll receive a link to the booth contract (and make payment). Booths are $1,500 per 10x10 + $100 per corner.

Why are booths already sold on the trade show floor?

We are in phase two of our booth and sponsorship sales. We offer sponsorships and booths to those who participated in advertising and sponsorships the prior year, based on their total annual spend, before offering sponsorships/booths to all vendors. Sponsoring will increase your priority in this phase next year.

Booth sales for non-sponsoring members will open on Monday, July 10. We will send an email to all non-sponsoring vendors to alert you that remaining booth sales are open, and the booths will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. The trade show floor will sell out quickly, so act fast.
