The 2026 Expo brings in many new opportunities for both exhibitors and attendees. The 2026 floor plan provides better flow for the attendees with shorter aisles and more corner booths.

We've moved the entry to Hall G to the center of the room giving more exhibitors the opportunity to be at the entry of the Hall.

We've also moved the food/beverage are to a more center space, enlarging it as a lounge area where attendees and exhibitors can grab a bit to eat while networking and meeting with suppliers.

Join more than 2,800 food industry professionals from the Chicago area at the nation’s largest regional food industry symposium and expo.

Close out the day with a flourish by sharing drinks and a variety of tasty hors d’oeuvres with industry friends and associates.

We are also moving to a really great registration system produced by ExpoFP. The new registration system provides many new opportunities including:

• Add more company information such as your logo, videos, brochures, social media, and more. 
• Add your logo on your booth on the Floor Plan​
• Add your logo on the Scrolling Banner on Expo webpage – link to websites​
• Add your logo on the Header on Expo Floor Plan
• Does your company name begin with a letter near the end of the alphabet? Add your company as a Featured Listings and jump to the top of the search bar!
• New attendee app allows attendees to conduct live exhibitor searches on their phones
