Can you believe the SantaCaliGon Days Festival is just 4 months away?!
Sixty nine (69) vendors registered for the 2017 event during the 2016 festival. As of the first of this month, a total of 145 vendors have signed up for 254 booth spaces that are already reserved and assigned! Thanks to our 2016 vendors, we have already registered 20 new vendors who are coming because they were invited to be part of this event!
If you haven't already registered, I'd like to encourage you to sign up soon to avoid late fees effective June 1st. At this time, many but not all of last years' spaces are available for booth holders from last year. Currently, assignments will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. As always, we do our very best to place vendors according to preference when possible.

Click on the large, orange rectangle labeled Vendor Registration. To view the complete exhibitor agreement, click on View Contract bar under Vendor Registration. To be sure, check out the definition for type of vendor, ex: an Arts and Crafts vendor is someone who sells items handmade by that vendor. Vendors who assemble, import, or buy-sell definitely have an audience here, and are classified as commercial vendors.

Admission is FREE allowing vendors to make more sales!
Be sure to have the following information at hand before you register online:
- MO Sales Tax ID number or official letter of exempt status is required for all vendors at SCG. To apply for ID - Form and instructions are included with 'View Contract
- Certificate of Insurance or indicate purchase of coverage through our third party vendor.
- List all electrical equipment and wattage required. Service requirements over what is provided will be billed following review by our electrician.
- Payment online is simple and safe. Upon acceptance, you will receive an email notification and your card will be billed. Your credit card information will not be saved.
Completed registration and booth fees are required before booths are assigned.
