What is BootCamp and what do I need to bring?

You can pay a few different ways-

  1. In full for the whole session
  2. Split in half- Payment in August 18th and October 18th
  3. Equal payments monthly

I can take cash, check (made out to Lisa Jacobs) Zelle or Venmo at either pictured Venmo.

Every class session is different and can be customized to your needs. A BootCamp workout is a combination of cardio and strength building, using different formats each class. Some examples of class formats- Tabata, HIIT, Stations and sprints and more. We often focus on a full body workout but there will be days that are more core, lower body, upper body specific. I can guarantee that you'll never do the same workout twice in our session. I can also guarantee that the people you meet and attend class with you are welcoming, warm and encouraging. Class is challenging enough for those who have a consistent workout routine and welcoming and customizable for those just beginning in their fitness journey. If you are interested in a specific goal (endurance, consistency, weight loss, toning, flexibility, etc) communicate that to me in our sign up form so I can help encourage and support you.
We would love for you to join us for the first time or 100th time for workout classes with a community of friendly, hard working people of all fitness abilities.
In person class- Bring a mat and water bottle and we will have the rest of what your equipment.
Online classes - Have a mat, two sets of different weights and a fitness band (I can send you a link). If you have a medicine ball and kettlebell that would be wonderful but not required.

The way Bootcamp has grown over the last 12 years is word of mouth and invitation by a friend who is already involved. If you've benefited from BC over the years, I'd love if you could share about classes with those you know when we start back up whether you are currently attending or not. Thanks!

Feel free to email me with anything you might want to share or requests about training or class. I am looking forward to spending the next many months together moving, chatting, sweating and getting stronger.
