Work plans for 2025-26 have been sent! We ask that you schedule a touch-base "fiscal meeting" with Mayra and Christine to go over your work plan, as well as a status update of your 2024-25 work, sometime between now and April 25. Questions? Please reach out to Christine@k16talentpipeline.org.

Business, Computing, Engineering Undergraduate Student Internships for Summer 2025

We’re excited to announce that the job board for the Summer 2025 internship program is live! We have 280 positions available across both San Diego and Imperial Counties. 


Students who are not moving forward in the internship program were notified and provided resources on how to find an internship or other WBL opportunities. Approved students were notified and provided the job board link.


Approved students can apply for jobs between March 14 - April 15 by noon


To assist students with the next steps, students were emailed about a virtual Student Information Session happening this week. In this session, students will:

  • Learn how to navigate the job website and apply for specific positions
  • Understand the interview, selection, and onboarding processes 
  • Learn career preparation tips: tailored resume, professional communication, interviewing skills

Grant Reminders!

Quarterly Narrative Reporting: 

For anyone receiving funds, the narrative report is due on April 24. Please use your district’s template for submission. If you need access to your narrative report template please contact Mayra. 

 

Quarterly Invoicing: 

Quarterly invoicing for spending between Jan 1-March 31 is due April 24. Please submit your invoice with a copy of the general ledger and contact Mayra with any questions.


Budget Modification Requests: 

If you need to request a budget modification for any of your approved projects, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Mayra. Requests must be submitted by April 4 to adjust for any expenses from Jan 1 to March 31, 2025.


Data Reporting:

Enrollment data was due in January. If you have not submitted your data, please do so ASAP! If you need access to your data submission form, please contact Christine.
