Borders are opening, even some that have been locked tight since the pandemic began. Hong Kong will allow residents to come home at last from some previously travel-banned countries. On Monday, fully vaccinated U.S. residents will be able to travel to Canada for the first time since March 2020. Discussions will include recent CFPB initiatives related to the Covid-19 recovery and trends and themes in the mortgage, and student lending marketplace.

  • On Friday, the CFPB's Academic Research Council (ARC) will discuss broad policy matters related to the CFPB's Unified Regulatory Agenda and general scope of authority. ARC will also discuss research methodologies and assist with providing direction for consumer finance research at the CFPB.
