This week we're presenting Shared Habitat Earth, LaiSun Keane and M. Fine Arts Galerie. These shows, two of which are just steps away from one another, touch on our environment and nature, inside and out.
Artscope is excited to announce that we will be exhibiting in the magazine sector of Art Basel 2022 in June. Listings and advertisements for the May/June issue, which will be exhibiting at Art Basel, are due on April 15.

Shared Habitat Earth (SHE) is presenting 4 different exhibitions featuring over 40 artists throughout the Boston area and Massachusetts this spring. The exhibitions will begin opening on April 15 at the Paula Estey Gallery/Center for Art and Activism in Newburyport, Massachusetts; April 16th at the Coolidge Corner Library in Brookline, Massachusetts; April 27th at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts and May 25 at the Menino Art Center at Hyde Park. Artist include CJ Lori, James C. Varnum, Sharon Whitham and many more. The organization, "Shared Habitat Earth (SHE) suggests cross species respect, intercultural solidarity, and a shared sense of responsibility, and, in the face of enormous threats to our habitat, it calls for action." LaiSun Keane Art Gallery presents Eva Lewis: Disparate featuring the artist's intimate portraits of feminine presenting individuals. The show, which opens April 1, will be Lewis's first solo exhibition as she completes her MFA at Boston University this May. "Lewis' intelligently executed paintings utilize soft but saturated colors, exploring the use of light and color to evoke emotional response in the viewer. Her familiar yet dreamy settings feature subjects drawn from her own friend group from her hometown of Dayton, Ohio." LaiSun Keene Gallery is located at 460C Harrison Ave., Boston, Massachusetts. still life paintings of personal ephemera that have been arranged
like on a child's
whim and then left behind, as though a playdate has just ended. Cut from
Masonite panels, the still lifes evoke an unfussy trompe l'oeil style.
