We wanted to share a recent Boston Globe article highlighting New England Council President & CEO Jim Brett’s recognition by United South End Settlements (USES), where he received the Philip Dushku Changemaker Award at the organization’s annual gala earlier this month.
The article by Jon Chesto highlights Jim’s longstanding commitment to community service through the Mary Ann Brett Food Pantry in Dorchester, as well as his support for USES and mentorship of USES CEO Jerrell Cox. It also reflects on the important role the organization plays in supporting families and strengthening communities across Boston.
We are proud to see Jim recognized for his dedication to helping others and his continued commitment to serving the community.
We invite you to read the full article below.
