Adult Programs

Active Older Adults Luncheon
Wednesday, February 20

Enjoy a fun, friendly meal with your friends while experiencing enriching games and activities or a special presentation.
MX4 Group Training
Ages 15+
January 15 - February 21

This six-week small group training is designed to help you start the New Year off right, and get you back on track. Join us for goal setting and weight checks, followed by 45-minutes of interval training each session. This class is led by a certified MX4 trainer and geared toward beginner to advanced exercisers. Meets twice per week. *Non-members receive a temporary membership for all MX4 training.

Youth Programs
Kids' Night Out
Friday, January 18
6:00 - 9:00 pm

Parents, drop off the kids and enjoy an evening to yourselves. Children will enjoy crafts, swimming, games and more. Please provide a nut-free meal from home for your child. Register by December 19.

Winter Session 1: Jan 7 - Feb 2
Winter Session 2: Feb 9 - Mar 2

Private and semi-private lessons available upon request

One of our top priorities is to teach youth, teens, and adults to swim, so they can stay safe around water and learn the skills they need to make swimming a lifelong pursuit for staying healthy.

Soccer at the Y is a great opportunity for your child to learn soccer in a constructive environment. This 8-week season is designed to grow your child not just in the sport but also in character development and sportsmanship. Kids are led by volunteer coaches and practice/games are 45-50 minutes.

We will be offering camps during spring break and summer break for children ages 3 - 12.

Preschool (ages 3-4) - half day program
School Age (ages 5-12) - full day program
