Active Older Adults Luncheon

MX4 Group Training
Ages 12+

This six-week small group training is designed to help you start the New Year off right, and get you back on track. Join us for goal setting and weight checks, followed by 45-minutes of interval training each session. This class is led by a certified MX4 trainer and geared toward beginner to advanced exercisers. Meets twice per week. *Non-members receive a temporary membership for all MX4 training.

One of our top priorities is to teach youth, teens, and adults to swim, so they can stay safe around water and learn the skills they need to make swimming a lifelong pursuit for staying healthy.
American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification
Ages 15+

American Red Cross lifeguard certification class that will include a two year certification in CPR/AED for the professional rescuer as well as a two year certification for lifeguarding. Participants will need to pass prerequisites to take class. Please contact Aquatic Director for prerequisites
Kids' Night Out
Friday, February 15
6:00 - 9:00 pm

Parents, drop off the kids and enjoy an evening to yourselves. Children will enjoy crafts, swimming, games and more. Please provide a nut-free meal from home for your child. Register by Wednesday prior to program.
Spring Soccer
Ages 3 - 6 years old

Soccer at the Y is a great opportunity for your child to learn soccer in a constructive environment. This 8-week season is designed to grow your child not just in the sport but also in character development and sportsmanship. Kids are led by volunteer coaches and practice/games are 45-50 minutes.
Easter Eggstravaganza

Drop your kid off for an evening of Easter crafts, games, and an underwater Easter Egg Hunt! Kids will be grouped by age and ability. All skill levels will be accommodated in the water!
