Malco “Head of the Class” Award Presented to Chattanooga State’s Alsept  


Gabrielle Alsept has been named “Head of the Class” through a student recognition program by Malco Products, SBC, the nation’s leading manufacturer of tools of the trade for trade professionals. Gabrielle, a student in the Collision Repair Technology program at Chattanooga State’s Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT), is the third consecutive “Head of the Class” winner in the Collision Repair Technology program since 2021.

Homegrown Spark Ignites New Chattanooga and Cleveland Leadership for Regions Bank


Regions Bank announced the elevation of veteran local bankers Jason Allen and Jermon Garner to head the company’s efforts in the Tennessee River Valley of Southeast Tennessee. Allen will serve as market executive for the Chattanooga metro. Garner will serve as market executive for Cleveland and surrounding communities.
