Creating Community ~ Now Online ?

Dear BCRPD Community,

Kindness is at the root of a healthy community and we encourage everyone to be patient and kind to one another during this time. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for connection.

The impacts of COVID-19 on BCRPD and fellow community has been vast. Our thoughts are with all of you and we hope you’re safe and healthy. We are reminded of just how critical it is to support one another during these challenging times. We want to touch base and let you and thinking about you.

As a community leader and organization, it is strange to be in a situation where we are encouraging you to keep your distance from one another. Typically gathering community is our goal, but we are committed to keeping everyone safe and healthy.

O ur staff are working on free virtual events to offer to the community including Happy Hour Online Social, virtual arts and crafts, and reading time for the little ones. Please follow us on facebook to find links to these upcoming events. https://www.facebook.com/BCRPD

We know this is hard on everyone emotionally and financially and we want to encourage you to take some deep breaths and work on relaxing as best you can.

We also want to thank all our community members who are working hard to keep our community running and we want to be there to help support everyone as best we can.

Thanks,
District Manager
Hallie Greene
