The Boulevard Tennis Club
has retained SBW Associates and BeyondTheBaselines.com as a consultant as it seeks to restructure the Club’s operations and staffing requirements and plan for the post COVID-19 economy.
“The economic and social impact of this crisis on our community and members is unknown at this time, but we want to be proactive in our business approach to ensure that when we come out of this period we are stronger than ever before and can hit the court running once it is deemed safe to re-open,” Commented Ms. Terri Randazzo, The Boulevard's General Manager.
“SBW Associates and BeyondTheBaselines.com were a natural hire for us. We have been in operation for three years and were looking for a consulting service to really drill down into our numbers and provide strategic guidance into 2021. Ed’s industry knowledge and national contacts are just so strong. He has a wealth of experience at all levels of Clubs and we could see he really understood our business needs," said Randazzo upon the appointment.

Delavaut, who has served as Director of Lloyd Neck Bath Club in Cold Spring Harbor, NY, The Country Club of Detroit, and the Walloon Lake Country Club, MI, is also a faculty member of The Tennis Congress. He is expecting a strong return to tennis once the guidelines are lifted. "I want to ensure the Club is well-prepared for re-opening and moving into 2021.”
The Boulevard Tennis Club, located in Vero Beach, is the largest tennis club on Florida's Treasure Coast boasting 13 Har-Tru courts, 10 of which are lighted, Counter Culture the club's full service restaurant, a fitness center and related spa services, and a world-class teaching and club staff. With 350 active memberships, The Boulevard has over 160 juniors and 400 adults in its year-round program. Programming includes daily clinics, private instruction, social events and 15 interclub and USTA league teams across the entire membership.
