Please welcome Trina Mucha, Nurse Practitioner!
Our Nurse Practitioner (NP), Trina Mucha is accepting new patients! An NP provides primary health care services to those without a family doctor. An NP is an independent primary care professional with advanced nursing practice, who works independently and manages their own patient panels. They often work closely to support our family doctors and other health professions to provide comprehensive and continuous care

Trina brings more than 20 years of diverse experiences in various settings, including: family practice, OH&S, military, emergency, coroner and psychiatry.
 
NP Services: writing prescriptions, performing medical procedures such as pap tests & suture removal, ordering and interpreting lab tests (including routine cancer screening) and diagnosing and treating illnesses for patients from childhood to adulthood.

Gain a deeper understanding of Queer History, Queer Language and how to show up in active allyship for 2SLGBTQI+ people.Learn from DEI facilitator, Aurora Borin, in the first part of the workshop, then digest what you have learned with brave discussions facilitated by the team at Scale Naturally and Frankie D’s Donuts.

Seniors' Centre Without Walls Phone-Based Programming
Open to older adults aged 55+ living anywhere in Alberta who find it difficult to leave their homes and are not tech-savvy.

Programs are free of charge and accessible by phone via a toll-free number.

The Palliative Care Society of the Bow Valley (PCSBV)
Those navigating grief and loss of a loved-one and invited to access many free services provided by the Palliative Care Society of the Bow Valley. Services include: grief support walking group, speaker series, consultations: one on one, family or group sessions from 30 minutes to half-day workshops. Visit: pcsbv.ca/programs

Bow Valley Stroke Support Group Meeting

Have you or someone you know suffered a stroke? This is an opportunity to participate in a virtual 'living with stroke' monthly meeting in a safe supportive environment with other survivors who can identify with how all aspects of our lives have been affected.

The program offers fellowship, encouragement and conversation. Meetings include friendship, education and opportunities to express where we are in a space with people who understand.
