"After hearing of Bpeace's mission, I was immediately drawn to the organization.  I was inspired by the far-reaching, grassroots change the organization has been able to stimulate.  Moreover, as a student fluent in Spanish and interested in international relations, the diverse communities with which Bpeace works intrigued me.  I am deeply impressed by the gift of knowledge and mentorship that Bpeace gives its Fast Runners, like a teacher gives his students.  Further, I believe Bpeace's model allows for long-term improvement and development, rather than the short-term betterment that monetary donations allow for.  I feel that Bpeace's mission is a cause for hope and celebration.  I hope to offer my skills in Spanish and research, and look forward to aiding the cause in any way."
