Fill out the sections that pertain to your child/ren and submit by January 15th. If you wish to re-enroll your child for September 2025 please submit the $475 non-refundable registration fee & the Preschool Admissions Agreement by February 1st. Kinder Rainbow Dragons are required to pay 1st months tuition deposit. If you are leaving the program before your child graduates as a Big or Kinder Dragon a $1000 cancellation fee is due. Please note that if you do not submit this form by the closing date, your space or schedule will be offered to our wait listed families. This form does not guarantee your schedule requests will be granted. Administration will notify you if your schedule changes are available by April 30th.
