BRANCH LIBRARY ENHANCEMENTS COMING SOON!
Redwood Shores Branch Library will be undergoing essential equipment upgrades soon. We are replacing our aged library returns system in January 2023. To prepare for this new system, the old equipment will be removed starting on December 19. During the time our returns system is offline, library items can be returned in the outdoor bookdrop or inside the library with staff at the Customer Assistance desk.

To help with this transition, starting December 12, your Redwood Shores Branch Library owned items will check out for 20 weeks! This will allow you to take your time returning your items. We anticipate our new library returns system to be up and running in early 2023. Thank you for your patience while we improve our library.
CALLING ALL ARTISTS
Calling all local artists!  The Library Art Selection Committee Jury Show is coming on Monday, January 30, from 7-9pm. Artists may submit up to 5 representative works for consideration. Selected artists' work will be displayed at the Downtown Library and the Redwood Shores Branch in 2023 and 2024.

Art for display on the mezzanine at the Downtown Library and in the hallway gallery space at the Redwood Shores Branch Library is selected by an Art Selection Committee appointed by the Library Director. Selected exhibits will be on display for two month segments. To learn more about how to enter the Jury Show, contact Fiona Potter or visit our Art at the Library page.
