Sept. 11 - Lennard JROTC Cadet Memorial Walk
This year, Lennard JROTC will conduct a 9/11 Remembrance Walk in honor of the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001. Cadets will walk 2.977 miles, representing the 2,977 lives lost that day, while honoring the courage, sacrifice, and service of the first responders, military members, and everyday Americans who answered the call.

Murder, Denied is an original psychological thriller that challenges perceptions and will leave you talking about it for days. Expect plot twists and powerful performances from award-winning actors, Camille Hashem and Darryl Parish. New Hope Church is opening its Fall Kickoff community celebration to local vendors, and is inviting fellow Chamber members to take a booth.
Fall Kickoff runs Saturday, September 12, 2026, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the New Hope Church Life Center, 213 N Knights Ave in Brandon. Admission is free and the event is open to the entire community. Football on the big screen, food, inflatables and family games are expected to draw families from across Brandon and the surrounding area for the afternoon.
