Hi Everyone

For most folks, feeling “clear as mud ” about how to solve problems with a
Brass Model Train collection is—in our professional opinion—a hobby norm.
Unless you have a crystal ball to help you find the answers, you’ll likely struggle a bit trying to figure out the best way to solve Brass Model Train collection issues. With thousands of differently-made models and hundreds of tool choices, it's no wonder why many capabilities still elude craftsmen.

Make no mistake about it, Brass Model Trains are very much a mystery to most model railroaders. So this month I want to officially introduce you to our entirely new website for Brass Model Train Professional Services that includes repairs, painting, weathering, tech support and consulting. It's 100% geared to the collectors and operators of brass model trains. We still buy and sell brass models. And we've added more buying options for our customers as well.

We've increased partnering with qualified and vetted DCC installers so that clients can get the best in repairs and paint from us, and the best DCC installs from electronics experts too. We'll set up the model for the installer before we paint it. It's the safest way to add complex wired components without damaging the delicate brass model—or its elaborate paint job.

Our new home page is intended to be a learning tool for visitors. Each image icon represents a topic that is important to working on brass model trains. Some differentiate our services, from others. When visitors click to learn more, they're presented with a stand alone page of visually relevant information designed to increase their situational awareness on each topic.

Our web site is very much about increasing brass model train acumen in others. It's helping to bridge the knowledge gap between well-seasoned brass owners and younger less experienced collectors. We're adding more free information as we go along. Keep an eye on our LINKS page. This will grow as we add PDFs and images to highlight model and collection issues.

We provide a unique service: Fee-based phone tech support and consulting for when a longer chat is required to provide clarity on a topic or technique involving Brass Model Trains. By actively making these resources and skillsets available to others, we are creating more satisfying results for all.

Thanks for looking today. Cheers!
