CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES:

Linden Street (VT 30) - On Sunday night, a shift has been added for crews to install guardrail, curb, and to work on structures. For the rest of the week, crews will continue work on utility structure adjustments and sidewalk ramp removals.

Vernon Street (VT 142) - Roadway widening is scheduled to finish up on this stretch of road and pavement will be placed on the newly widened sections. Once this is complete, the crews will pave the initial leveling layer across both the milled surface and newly widened sections.

Canal Street (U.S. 5) - Permanent pavement marking applications will continue next week. Motorists should be vigilant throughout the corridor and follow flagger instructions as well as avoid any traffic control devices as they may be guarding wet paint on the road.

Western Avenue and High Street (VT 9) - The sidewalk crew and utility structure crew work will continue to make progress on this corridor.

Main Street (U.S. 5) - The utility structure crew will continue to complete work in this corridor.

Crews continue to measure decibel levels with noise monitoring equipment.
